Frequency of visits:-

Comprehensive Visits: Every 6 months
Sample Visit: Fortnightly (April-Oct), 3 Event samples (Nov-Mar), 
	      *** A5051003 will only be sampled for 5 event samples per year, not sampled fortnightly
Maintenance Visits: Minor maintenance to be done on sample runs, Other maintenance - 2 visits per site per year
Annual Check Survey: Yearly (normally in Summer)

Data updates are provided after a comprehensive visit.

Sampling:- 

Composite samples are collected at the sample visits to be the analysed at the AWQC. 
Water Quality Samples are analysed for pH, EC, SS, Turbidity, NOx, TKN, Ntot, Ptot.
End of Catchment Samples are analysed for pH, EC, SS, Turbidity, NOx, TKN, Ntot, Ptot, Copper, Lead, Zinc.

Sample Visit: Weekly from June - August, fortnightly Sep - Dec, May, monthly Jan, Feb , Mar , Apr (30 visits total)
Composite samples are collected at the sample visits to be the analysed at the AWQC. 
Each composite sample is analysed by the AWQC for SS, NOx, TKN, Ntot, Ptot, P(filt react),
On site readings are collected from the composite tub for EC, pH and Turbidity

Visit Explanation: -

1.Comprehensive Visits

·	Data download.
·	Instrumentation check.
·	Batteries checked.
·	Functionality check  - check that observed water levels matched recorded value.
·	Minor maintenance checks.
·	Automatic sampler checked
·	Clean and check sample intake if water level permits.
·	Document site visits and repairs and maintenance required.
·	Flow measurement if warranted.

2.Sample Visit

·	Document logger and check values
·	Stirred Composite Sample Tub to mix sample.
·	Collect sample
·	Check the sampling equipment
·	Adjust sample increment if required 
·	Clean the sample intake tube if water level permits.
·	Document site visit.
·	Send sample bottles to the Australian Water Quality Centre for analysis.

3.Maintenance Visits

·	Instrument repairs when required eg logger breakdowns, sampler breakdowns, sensor faults.
·	Weed control.
·	Site repairs.

4.Annual Check Survey 

·	Comprehensive visit.
·	Check survey all relevant datum’s including staff, gauges, Cease To Flow (CTF), outside water level.
·	Document site visit.
·	Check station rating and adjust if required.
·	Annual Check Survey Report.
